Martina Kirsch

I am from Germany, and my career began with vocational training in car sales at Mercedes-Benz Group AG. It was there that I discovered my passion for close interaction with people and for connecting needs with tailored solutions. In 2007, I moved to Tenerife—an island I proudly call my home today. Here, I found sun, sea, inspiration, balance, and countless opportunities for growth.

For several years, I worked in sales at a five-star hotel, learning to navigate an international and dynamic environment. I developed strong listening skills, learned to communicate with empathy, and deliver excellence.

Since 2015, I have been part of Engel & Völkers Costa Adeje. Today, I serve as Front Office Manager and Licensed Partner. I lead personnel, support strategic sales efforts, analyze the market, and respond swiftly to daily demands.

I consider myself cheerful, empathetic, and persistent. I believe in a positive attitude and genuine commitment—both in work and in life.

I truly enjoy connecting with people, offering guidance, and providing support during key moments. A collaborative environment where excellence and respect are essential deeply motivates me.

Outside of work, sports—especially padel and Pilates—music, and travel inspire and ground me.
