Nathalie Hill

Born and raised on the island until the age of 11 to a German mother and a British father, I later attended boarding school in Hertfordshire, where I completed my A-levels. I then continued my education in Switzerland, earning a Bachelor’s degree in International Hospitality Management at Glion Hotel School and subsequently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at La Salle University in Barcelona. Following my studies, I immediately put theory into practice. My early career highlights include being part of the Reception & Guest Experience Team for the opening of The Ritz-Carlton Tenerife, Abama in Guía de Isora, an invaluable experience that shaped my professional foundation. I then went on to manage the Golf Association for the nine golf courses in Tenerife and La Gomera, followed by international experience as an Executive Assistant at “Bally” a Swiss luxury fashion house and then at “CBRE”, a global leader in commercial real estate services and investment in Barcelona. A significant part of my recent career has been dedicated to Sales, Marketing and Corporate Communications at “Hotel Suite Villa María” a charming five-star hotel in La Caleta. My professional journey has been shaped by a strong commitment to service, attention to detail and the ability to understand each client’s unique needs and objectives. Alongside my professional career, I have continued to pursue my passion for tennis and padel. I have been part of local amateur teams and participated in tournaments, allowing me to maintain a healthy work–life balance. I am delighted to be a Real Estate Consultant at Engel & Völkers Costa Adeje and even prouder to be a native of this beautiful island, of which I consider myself a true ambassador.
