Raquel Rus

I hold a Law degree from the University of Granada, completed in 1992, and subsequently pursued doctoral studies in Siena, Italy.

Over the course of my 27-year professional career at Kutxabank, I gained solid training and extensive experience in the financial sector through specialized training programs, as well as through daily learning and practice. My work enabled me to develop in-depth expertise in areas related to property sales and purchases, financing and lending, notarial and land-registry procedures, investment funds, and financial and wealth advisory.

This experience, combined with my legal background and in-depth knowledge of banking, has given me a comprehensive understanding of real estate transactions, along with strong analytical, negotiation, and personalized advisory skills. My commercial vocation and commitment to clients form the foundation of my approach, focused on providing a professional, rigorous, personable, and trustworthy service.

Today, I place all this experience at the service of my clients at Engel & Vöelkers, accompanying them through every stage of the real estate process with professionalism, dedication, and the assurance that comes from understanding both the legal and financial aspects and the specific needs of each transaction.
