Ratko brings many years of experience in tourism in Croatia and Spain, before entering the real estate industry in 2002. He gained his first experience in the property market in Palma’s Old Town, where he developed an in-depth understanding of the local market and successfully facilitated his first transactions.

At the end of 2003, his career led him to Mallorca’s southwest coast, to Puerto de Andratx a region that is now the focus of his professional activities.

Ratko combines his international tourism experience with comprehensive knowledge of the local real estate market. A keen understanding of his clients’ individual wishes, personal service and a relationship built on trust form the foundation of his work. He assists both national and international clients in finding and purchasing properties in Mallorca.

In his private life, Ratko appreciates Mallorca’s tranquillity and Mediterranean lifestyle. He enjoys reading and travelling whenever time allows.
