As a team assistant in Empuriabrava, I play a key role in the organization and administrative management of the company, as this town is an important tourist destination on the Costa Brava. My duties include customer service, both in person and via phone or email, assisting in resolving inquiries and managing appointments.

Due to the international nature of Empuriabrava, I speak several languages, such as Catalan, Spanish, French, and English, to assist clients of different nationalities. I am also responsible for document administration, reservations, event organization, etc.

Additionally, I manage social media and digital platforms to keep clients informed about services and promotions. My work contributes to the smooth operation of the company, ensuring efficiency and professionalism in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
