In our department, the focus is on people. We deal with anything concerning human resources, including interviews, accompanying new staff members during their onboarding as well as maintaining personal and professional development. The Engel & Völkers academy provides further development and offers additional learning opportunities. Our Office Management is responsible for the smooth operations at our main offices to ensure that every event is truly unforgettable. What matters most within this department are our staff members, both on a personal and community level.
