If desired, a solar system for electricity generation can be added. This and other home technology such as locking system, shutters, light monitoring and indoor climate are controlled “remotely”. The house is situated on a 736 m² plot in the popular coastal residential area of Sa Coma, near the Safari Wildlife Park. Sheltered and nestled in a neighborhood that likewise values this location with fresh easterly breezes and plenty of sunshine. Property prices here are still moderate.
