The future building will be located in Via Ligaino in Pregassona, in a strategic location a few kilometers from the center of Lugano and close to all major services, including: - access to major roads - public transport - shops - post office - pharmacy - restaurants. In addition, the excellent southern location of the new building will ensure not only excellent sun exposure, but also a panoramic view of the surrounding landscape.The project, carried out by the architectural firm Roger Woëffray, involves the construction of a building along Via Ligaino, consisting of 12 apartments all equipped with large covered terraces. The orientation and positioning of the building will allow for seamless integration into the existing urban fabric.
