Serenity Dream Villas: Modern villas

The Serenity Dream Villas are built with high-quality materials and genuine attention to detail, so that each villa enjoys breathtaking sea views. The villas vary slightly in layout/design. Each villa has a ground floor, first floor and basement of approx. 300 m², built on a plot of approx. 500 m². Each villa comes with a built-in elevator and is wheelchair-accessible. The villas feature three en-suite bedrooms (one or two additionally with a walk-in closet), a fully equipped kitchen, a living room and a guest bathroom. The basement includes two to three multipurpose rooms (gym, office, cinema room, relaxing family room, games room, also convertible into bedrooms) with natural light and a shared bathroom, a plant/utility room, a laundry room and a storage room.
