The property is located within a short ten minute drive to the beautiful old-town of Ciutadella with it’s fabulous port, stunning architecture and traditional squares. It is also within easy reach from Menorca's most famous beaches, Cala Turqueta, Macarella, and Son Saura. Ciutadella boasts a host of wonderful eating and dining options as well – both budget friendly and high-end dining. Make sure you sample the local gin and the Menorcan wines and cheeses! The villa is distributed over three floors. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living-dining room, a modern fully equipped kitchen, and a full bathroom. From the living room, you can access the beautiful terrace with a large pool, outdoor dining area under a pergola, sun loungers and barbecue area. The well-maintained, fully enclosed gardens surround the villa and pool area. On the first floor, there is the master super king bedroom and two other bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with a king size bed. All bedrooms have access to a terrace and air conditioning. On the top floor, there is the spacious and bright fourth double bedroom, with king size bed, and with access to the huge terrace with wonderful sea views. This bedroom is a mezzanine room.
