Canillas is a quiet residential neighborhood located in the district of Hortaleza, in the northeast of Madrid. It is ideal for families, with a mix of green areas, local services, schools, and transport connections that link it well with the rest of the city.
Canillas Station – Line 4: the main stop of the neighborhood, connects with other key points of Madrid and transfers with lines like 8 at Mar de Cristal.
Mar de Cristal Station – Lines 4 and 8: very close and with multiple additional connections.
It is also possible to access the Arturo Soria station (L4) from some areas of the neighborhood.

Carretera de Canillas – Main street of the neighborhood, connects towards the center and other areas of Hortaleza.
Avenida de Machupichu – Near the metro station and service areas.
López de Hoyos – Very close and one of the most important commercial/residential arteries of Madrid.
Calle Mota del Cuervo, Calle de Moscatelar, and other secondary accesses that connect with the rest of Hortaleza.
Moreover, from Canillas, there is easy access by road to the M40 and M11, facilitating car mobility around Madrid and towards the airport.

Although Canillas itself does not have large shopping centers, very close by are:
Centro Comercial Palacio de Hielo – With shops, leisure, and dining, next to Canillas station.
