The stainless steel kitchen does not lack detail, a fact that argues that it is currently in the hands of a cook who knows what is cooking.
Through a third access in the main facade we pass to another patio for private use. We go up a semicircular staircase to a first floor where there are currently three large bedrooms and two full bathrooms.
Actually, the space where there is the largest bedroom is prepared with the appropriate facilities to project an open kitchen to a dining room of about 36 m2. Space with beautiful views of the sea and from where you can hear the whisper of the waves.
The construction is in perfect condition to move into, decorated in a Mediterranean style, when it was renovated in 2006 radiators were installed. It is cozy with sturdy walls and wooden beams.
