The municipal area of Boadilla del Monte lies west of Madrid. Boadilla del Monte forms part of the Madrid Metropolitan Area, located to the west of the capital, from which it is 15 kilometers away. It has a population of 51,463 inhabitants and an area of 47.2 km². It borders the municipalities of Majadahonda, Pozuelo de Alarcón, Alcorcón, Villaviciosa de Odón, and Villanueva de la Cañada.
