Sitges has always been a place that has enchanted artists, tourists and visitors from all over. For many people, the secret lies in its light and almost 300 sunny days a year. Nature has been generous to Sitges, with its privileged location on the Mediterranean coast and protected by the Garraf Park Mountains. Culturally, the legacy is extraordinary. Art is alive and traditions are maintained with modernity as Sitges has preserved important medieval references along with the quaintness of the old village of farmers and fishermen. It also has a cosmopolitan character thanks to the diversity of its population, where more than 70 different nationalities live year round, which is certified by the presence of various nearby international schools. Now, in the twenty-first century, Sitges' character is based on creativity, talent and innovation, but without losing its roots; it is truly a unique place that attracts and seduces.
