This sensational plot is located just 3 km from the Sanctuary of Our Lady of La Luz, in Tarifa, in the area of Las Caheruelas. The land is within the Los Alcornocales Natural Park, in Tarifa.
Fully fenced, it covers 10,371m2 and is classified as agricultural or farming land. Within the plot, there are different areas: a slightly sloped area covered with many trees and another flatter and less rugged area filled with small vegetation and shrubs. The location of this plot is magnificent as it has the Jara River bordering the property, which is beneficial for cultivating plants and fruit trees due to its more humid area.
It borders well-maintained agricultural plots and pasture lands, making it a peaceful yet frequented area. It offers a lot of privacy, and the views of the mountain and valley are unbeatable.
It is not permitted to build any type of housing, nor is it allowed to place a mobile home or a caravan or similar, as it is a plot located in the PN of Los Alcornocales, and therefore it is not allowed to place and/or build any vehicle or dwelling.
It is a perfect land for local farmers who want to have a plot in a charming and safe area.
The Costa de la Luz is the southernmost point of Europe and is washed by the Atlantic Ocean. The name is given by the very bright sunlight, which shines here in all seasons and reflects in a very special way on its clear and vast sandy areas and its red sunsets. Having remained free from tourist masses for many years and enjoying numerous protected natural spaces, we arrive today at a coast that is a true paradise: wide beaches with clean and powerful waters and endless dunes with the finest and clearest sand of the peninsula. Many of them are located in pristine and peaceful environments. Others, more lively, are equipped with top-class hotel complexes, marinas, golf courses, and offer good leisure options. With great natural wealth, we can enjoy an exquisite gourmet cuisine, delighting our palate with the best fish and seafood, fantastic Iberian meats, and excellent wines. The Costa de la Luz also offers the best conditions for sailing, water sports, surfing, and paragliding, thanks to the good wind and the mildness of its climate that allows enjoying the sea at any time of the year. From the Doñana National Park, passing through the virgin beaches of Huelva and Cádiz, the delightful Zahara de los Atunes, and the ancient Roman settlement of Bolonia, we reach the surfer's paradise of Tarifa, the southernmost point of the Iberian Peninsula and the place where the waters of the Atlantic Ocean and the Mediterranean Sea meet, facing the African coasts.
