This is an incredible property inviting you to explore the beautiful, traditional village of Alcaufar and to enjoy private access to the local cove and even to spend the night in a private cave right in front of the sea. The property has several buildings as well as outdoor areas set up for summer living on the various levels of the beautifully landscaped garden. At the entrance are a big garage and an annex room with a shower that could be a staff/ extra bedroom if needed. The main house is just a few metres away and contains three double bedrooms, two shower rooms and a kitchen. The main family areas of the house are set up outside and include the summer dining room with sea views under a porch and in the garden an outdoor lounge furnished with big, comfy sofas. On a lower garden level is a second house, one double bedroom with an on suite bathroom, a double bed in the loft and a second bathroom and twin beds downstairs in a room that could be used as a sitting room. In front of the casita is a fabulous spot with sun loungers and parasols to sunbathe in privacy and relax to the sound of the sea. (Note that In front of this casita there is a right of way, which means that very occasionally you may see people from the village walking past). The absolute highlight of this house is the private access to the sea, which in the middle of summer is a real luxury. At sea level there is a private cave converted into yet another summer lounge, plus a concrete platform where there are metal steps into the cool turquoise waters. The cave also has a twin bedroom and is a perfectly cool space for napping by the sea. It is possible to rent a buoy in front of the house for a boat of up to 7 metres.
