Son Serra de Marina is a vast sandy beach located in the Bay of Alcúdia, within the municipality of Santa Margalida, between Can Picafort and Colònia de Sant Pere. Its coarse, brownish sand mixes along the shoreline with Posidonia seagrass remains, reminding us of the natural, largely unspoiled character of this beach, over one kilometer long and 25 meters wide. Its crystal-clear waters—often shimmering and usually very calm—invite swimming and complete relaxation. The scenery alternates stretches of sand with small rocky areas and is backed by a protected dune system that enhances its wild charm. At the far right, the Torrent de na Borges flows into the sea, forming a natural boundary between the municipalities of Santa Margalida and Artà.
