Charming, newly renovated village house with roof terrace in a quiet location in Consell

Consell is a small village in the center of the island, near Binissalem, Alaró, Santa Eugènia and Santa Maria. The town has about 4,000 inhabitants. It is one of the wealthiest villages in terms of agricultural production and is part of the Binissalem Designation of Origin. The vineyard is the most important feature of the municipality, which has an old winery called “Can Ribas”, located in the town center and open to the public. In the municipality there are several country estates, such as Es Rafal, Can Ribas, Son Coco, Son Puntiró and Sa Cabana, which have been converted into magnificent agritourism properties. There are very good transport links, and Consell is close to the Palma–Alcúdia motorway. In the center you will find restaurants such as the famous Café Es Rústic, a small restaurant in the heart of the village where you can enjoy Mediterranean cuisine. There are also several cafés, supermarkets and other shops. Very typical of this municipality is the antiques market “El Rastro”, which takes place every Sunday in the industrial area and is very popular with visitors. In just 20 minutes you can reach both the airport and the center of Palma and its beaches.
