E&V sells a stone manor house, fully renovated, with an estate over 10,000 m2, in Palas de Rei.

The entire stone manor house, built on two floors, has been recently renovated with top-quality materials and design. We enter the house and a large entrance hall welcomes us; on the right we find a translucent glass wall that gives access to the kitchen. The room has exposed wooden beams and a modern design, with cabinetry in an elegant sage green, induction hob, oven and microwave, etc. The living room has very high ceilings and huge doors opening onto the estate. This floor has a double bedroom with direct access to the estate, an en-suite bathroom and a large built-in wardrobe. Under the stairs there is a storage area, and the floor also has a guest toilet. On the ground floor, the house has an area where the boiler room has been installed, as well as the laundry and drying area, the wine cellar area and another storage area. We go outside and at the front stretches the magnificent estate of more than 10,000 m2 with a hórreo, a typical Galician structure traditionally used to store, dry and preserve crops, especially corn and grain. At the back of the house there is a beautiful cobbled courtyard with a very old bread oven and a room for the estate’s tools. In addition, the property has a well and a septic tank.
