Straddling family leisure and forestry production, this 18-hectare estate lies in the heart of the Sierra Norte of Seville, in the Rivera del Huéznar basin. It is ten minutes from the nearest village and an hour and a half by car from Seville city, approximately 100 km away.
THE LAND
Undulating terrain with excellent water availability: a drinking-water well supplies the house, and there are also three springs, each with its own pool, distributed throughout the estate. Electricity is connected.
The holm oak and cork oak woodland, which has reached considerable size thanks to the quality of the soil, produces approximately 400 quintals of cork. The area is also well suited to big-game hunting, especially wild boar.
For recreation and walking, the estate borders the Sierra Norte Greenway and several trails leading to the source of the Rivera del Huéznar, in San Nicolás del Puerto. The area can be explored on foot or horseback.
The entire estate is enclosed with livestock fencing, and it also has an internal game-management fence enclosing approximately 14 hectares.
THE FARMHOUSE
The house, with approximately 500 m² of built area over two floors, has been completely renovated and is very well maintained. The ground floor comprises two sitting rooms and a separate dining room, designed for family use and entertaining guests, as well as a small living room, kitchen and guest toilet beside the porch. The six bedrooms, with total capacity for 18 people, are distributed across both floors and include four full bathrooms.
The porch is one of the house’s main features: spacious and facing the estate’s finest views, it is the natural setting for summer meals or simply sitting out in the late afternoon. It is complemented by a well-kept garden and a private swimming pool, separate from the estate’s other pools and intended exclusively for the house’s occupants.
Next to the farmhouse, a group of buildings covering approximately 500 m² is used for storage, serving both the agricultural and forestry operations and the general maintenance of the property.
