Exclusive Aranese farmhouse in Vilamós

On a large plot of 20,000 m2 stands the "Borda Manaix," with a built area of 300 m2. Being south-facing, it enjoys abundant natural light throughout the day, in addition to stunning views of the Aneto Peak. The borda is distributed over three floors as follows: Entering on the ground floor, you'll find a spacious dining room with an open, fully equipped kitchen, two fireplaces, and a toilet. On the first floor, there's a large space that can be used as a living room, a bathroom with a shower, and a small bar. On the top floor, there are two areas typically used as bedrooms, connected by a walkway. Each can accommodate up to six beds. The two fireplaces have different functions; one is for indoor grilling, while the other heats the entire house thanks to a complex but efficient wood-burning heating system. The borda has two water tanks capable of storing up to 1,500 liters of water. Electricity is currently generated by a gasoline generator. The borda has everything needed to be self-sufficient in all aspects, as solar panels and inverters can be installed to replace the generator.
