Description
Located in one of the most exclusive developments on the Costa Brava, this spectacular villa has been recently refurbished and is just a few meters from direct access to the Camino de Ronda, which leads to the charming Cala Sant Francesc beach.
The property stands out for its magnificent Mediterranean garden of 2,689 m², meticulously designed by the renowned Japanese architect Jonatan Daifuku. An exquisite fusion of native vegetation, exotic trees, ponds with tropical fish, waterfalls, and ambient lighting turn this outdoor space into a true oasis of serenity.

One of them is completely independent, offering the possibility of building a second home intended for family members—such as in-laws or grandparents—or as a guest house. This feature makes the estate an exceptional option for those seeking to combine privacy and family proximity, or to have an additional luxury space with multiple uses.
The main house was built in 1987, completely renovated in 2000, and updated in 2022, including new aluminum windows with double glazing, photovoltaic installation, and a ducted heating system (fenicol) with two state-of-the-art gas boilers.
Villa layout:
Upper floor: Large entrance hall with spectacular windows and sea views. It features five bedrooms, including a master suite with a dressing room, and four rooms sharing two full bathrooms. All rooms have direct access to a spacious terrace with panoramic views of the Mediterranean.
Lower floor: Day area with a large living-dining room and access to the garden, fully equipped Bulthaup design kitchen, service bedroom, pantry, laundry room, a suite with a private bathroom, and an additional bedroom with a full bathroom. All with high-end finishes and direct access to the outdoor areas.
Basement: Wellness and leisure space with a bar, games room, wine cellar, gym, and an exclusive spa with a sauna.
The property is in impeccable condition and is undoubtedly one of the most complete and sought-after estates on the entire Costa Brava.

Blanes is a city that belongs to the region of La Selva in Girona, Catalonia, Spain. During Roman rule, it was called Blanda or Blandae. It is known as the "Gateway to the Costa Brava." Its coast is part of the Costa Brava, which stretches from Blanes to the French border. The municipality covers 18.29 km². Blanes is a well-known tourist city famous for the "concurs de focs d'artifici" during the "festival of Santa Anna," which is actually a fireworks competition; however, during the week, there are other activities in the city organized by the town hall, as it is a week of festivities in Blanes. Other attractions include botanical gardens, coves such as Cala Bona, and beaches surrounded by mountains. Blanes is located just 1 hour from Barcelona airport and about 40 minutes from Girona airport. One of Blanes' botanical gardens is the Mar i Murtra, which covers almost 15 hectares, includes more than 4,000 different plant species, and is visited by 300,000 people each year. Another garden is Pinya de Rosa, which consists of more than 7,000 different plant species. The city offers a myriad of activities and sports clubs, including the renowned Blanes sailing club, founded in 1943, which has evolved since then to become one of the most important sailing clubs on the Costa Brava.
