Calvià: Location and surroundings of this property

Palmanova/Son Caliu: Palmanova is located on the western bay of Palma and is the neighbouring town of Son Caliu , as well as the Torrenova urbanisation on the peninsula of the same name, from which there are panoramic views of the entire coastline and a pedestrian zone between the two towns. Palmanova is one of the main tourist centres in Mallorca and has a wide range of restaurants and leisure centres. If you then leave the town of Palmanova in the direction of Palma via the old Andratx- Palma road, you will reach the settlement of Son Caliu without any transition. The area is captivating because of its prevailing tranquillity. The small beach of Son Caliu, located directly next to the hotel of the same name, does not give the impression of the hustle and bustle of the large neighbouring beaches. When the sea is calm and clear, this spot is considered an insider's tip for a quick swim.
