Likewise, the tenant must demonstrate sufficient financial solvency and have a primary residence elsewhere, in accordance with the applicable regulations.

Financial conditions:

  • Statutory security deposit: 2 months.
  • Supporting documentation will be requested both for the reason for temporariness and for financial solvency before the contract is formalized.
