Engel&Völkers sells historic building in Algalia de Arriba, for housing or university residence. The preliminary project for the refurbishment of the building has been carried out in order to give new life to this wonderful building, either for the construction of flats, a total of 14, distributed over four floors in its almost 2000m2. According to the preliminary project, if they decided to build a student residence, about 35 rooms could be built. The refurbishment of the interior of this historic building, with its painted coat of arms and large gallery on the upper floor, will restore it to its former splendour.
