Semi-detached house near the sea in a natural setting

Beautiful house to disconnect, enjoy the beach, and the peace and quiet of its surroundings. It has undergone a modern renovation, located in a privileged natural setting for its tranquility, with garden and pool, away from mass tourism. A beautiful garden welcomes us, where we find a large table for family dinners in privacy, as this area is not visible from the street and is sheltered on windy days. The layout of the house is fully practical because there are no hallways. We enter a large, cozy living-dining room with two distinct areas: the lounge area with a wood-burning fireplace and sofas, and the dining area with a beautiful open-plan kitchen with direct access to the rear garden. From the living room we access two bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, and another bathroom; both have walk-in showers. The faucets and shower screens were chosen in black to break up the austerity of the white. The flooring is synthetic parquet, the appliances are integrated into the kitchen, and there is air conditioning and fans in the bedrooms. The house has been decorated with great taste, with all finishes in white. The living-dining room has direct access through two large double glass doors: one facing south, where there is a built-in white Ibiza-style sofa in front of the pool, and the other facing north. These two large openings to the outside provide abundant natural light throughout the living room. You can enjoy open sea views, just a five-minute walk away.
