Restored Palace in Siero

Engel & Völkers presents exclusively the magnificent Palace of Lieres, also known as Cavanilles Centi, built in 1764, with its latest renovation carried out in 2018. It is one of the few palaces in Asturias with an active business license, which could easily be adapted to any entrepreneurial initiative. Currently, it houses an important and technologically advanced business headquarters of great relevance in the region, seamlessly blending modernity with tradition. This baroque palace features a square layout, rusticated sections, and a four-sided roof. The interior consists of three wings with a beautiful gallery surrounding the central staircase, topped by an impressive skylight. The main façade faces south, with the chapel located in front. The main entrance boasts a grand portal with arches, adorned with the family coat of arms. The ground floor offers public access through a large portal, closed with a glass door, suitable for use as a reception area. From here, a staircase illuminated by zenithal light leads to the intermediate and main floor, where several offices are located. The remaining facades are more understated, with the eastern façade organized into three sections, featuring a gallery adorned with carvings supported by a portal, currently closed off. In the courtyard of the palace, you will find the chapel, a unique eight-pillar granary built in 1725, and the fully renovated former stable, now divided into two floors with additional versatile spaces.
