E&V sells a wooden house with a 5,000 m² plot in a unique setting, with sea views

The property is in an idyllic setting in Fonte Salgueiro, opposite Xuño Beach, in the municipality of Porto do Son. It is a 60 m² wooden house built on an 80 m² platform, with two bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen/living room, and a full bathroom. The house has a large wraparound terrace. On the plot, a beautiful Canadian-style cabin has been built as independent accommodation for guests. There is a small swimming pool that uses water from one of the property’s two wells, authorized by the Xunta de Galicia, which yield 1,000 liters per day. In addition, part of the land has been set up as a “zen space,” with a garden and a waterfall fed by a natural spring. The area, called “Fonte Salgueira,” has abundant natural water—hence the name—and there is also a pond. The sea-view property, overlooking the incredible Xuño Beach, comprises more than 5,000 m² of rustic land and features over 60 species of plants and trees, both native and species brought from places such as Canada.
