Torredembarra: Location and surroundings of this property

The house is located in the municipality of Torredembarra, 14 kilometers from Tarragona and 75 from Barcelona. It is located in the high standing urbanization of Els Munts, a mound that limits the sea with some of the only cliffs, most typical of the Costa Brava. It has adjoining pine forests but nevertheless it is in a perfectly urban area. It has all the facilities and nearby services. The house is located 800 m from the old town of Torredembarra. It is one kilometer from the railway station and 300 m from the long beach, with a natural area protected by dunes and marshes, which make it a privileged space with healthy and highly iodized waters. The typical fishermen's neighborhood is also one kilometer away, and in it are some of the most qualified fish, rice and tapas restaurants. The marina is located 200 m from the house, and also has restaurants with different menus and for different purchasing capacities, elegant, and bars for tapas and drinks.
