Dosrius: Location and surroundings of this property

It is located inland, on the regional border with Vallés Oriental, at the head of the Argentona stream. It has an uneven relief as it is in the Litoral mountain range (Sierra del Corredor). The predominant vegetation is pine and oak. The economy of the municipality is based on a highly diversified but scarce industry and on tourism. In the municipality there are many second-home chalets, property of inhabitants of Barcelona and Mataró, generally. A road communicates with Llinás del Vallés and with Argentona and Mataró. Within the municipal area we find the town of Canyamars, located in a valley between the Corredor and Montalt mountain ranges. Second homes predominate.
