The house is ready for an elevator installation. The kitchen will be delivered furnished with high and low-capacity cabinets designed for this kitchen in a combination of white and wood tone. The sink is a single bowl, under-counter, stainless steel, with a pull-out single-lever faucet by Grohe. The appliance equipment will be from the Gaggenau brand. The house will have an aerothermal installation system for the production of DHW and heating. The heating will be underfloor heating on the ground and first floor, with individualized production. The distribution of air conditioning, both hot and cold, is through ducts with supply and return grilles in the living-dining room, kitchen, and bedrooms. In garages, there is pre-installation for electric vehicle charging according to regulations (ITC) BT 52.
