El Soto de la Moraleja is a residential area that includes terraced villas, apartments, penthouses, ground-floor homes with gardens, semi-detached houses, and all kinds of multi-storey and terraced homes within large landscaped gated communities, with swimming pool, tennis, padel, etc., closed off from the street and protected from outside.
