Premià de Dalt: Location and surroundings of this property

Premia de Dalt is located in a small valley of the Litoral mountain range, facing the sea. It borders the municipalities of Teiá to the west, Vilasar de Dalt to the east and Premiá de Mar to the south. The closest population centers are Mataró, as the capital of the region, and Barcelona 20 km away. The territory is largely occupied by pine and oak forests.
