Grand Hostel in historic Ezpeleta Palace

ENGEL&VÖLKERS Pamplona presents the historic Ezpeleta Palace, converted into a magnificent and unique hostel and guest house that is fully operational. The 15th century building has a renowned historical past and has been transformed over the years from the king's summer palace that it once was, to the largest hostel and guest house in Navarre. The complex, known as Beitu Rural Tourism Centre, is made up of the main building, a 3-storey construction with 1,200 m2 per floor, of which 2/3 are currently in use, on the 3 floors, and the surrounding land. The hostel has spectacular facilities such as the large dining room or the two galleries on the 1st and 2nd floors used as living and resting areas, a beautiful chapel converted into a work, meeting or workshop room, different rooms for various activities, in addition to all those necessary for the perfect operation of a hostel with 130 beds. In addition, in an independent wing of the same building there are 10 rooms with bathroom that make up the guest house, together with own living and dining rooms. On the outside, the hostel has a 600 m2 porticoed patio, sports courts, orchard, school, picnic area and parking. Optionally, more than 12 hectares of land cultivated with vineyards and olive trees can also be purchased along with different agricultural buildings, adjacent to the Beitu tourist complex.
