Benahavís and natural attractions
For food lovers, the picturesque white village of Benahavís, on the southern slopes of the Serranía de Ronda, is a haven for culinary experiences. If nature is your passion, La Acequía de las Angosturas is a short trail, just over 4 km round trip, and an easy walk for the whole family. It runs alongside the early 20th-century irrigation ditch that carries water from Benahavís, a few kilometers downstream, and follows the course of the river.

One of Marbella West's best-known neighbourhoods is Guadalmina, which comprises two areas: Guadalmina Baja, located close to the beach and renowned for its opulent villas, and Guadalmina Alta, located further inland and home to Marbella's oldest golf course, the Real Club de Golf Guadalmina. With its own shopping centre and restaurants, this small community is very popular. Between Guadalmina and Puerto Banús, you will find the town of San Pedro de Alcántara, an easy-to-walk village where you will find all services, restaurants and shops. The beach area of San Pedro offers exquisite gastronomy and renowned restaurants and beach bars by the sea.
