“Las Atalayas” is a new residential project in the famous 5-star Abama Resort, on one of the most beautiful plots in Tenerife. The project is composed of detached and modern luxury villas, designed by famous architects. The location guarantees breathtaking panoramic views over the golf course, the Atlantic Ocean and to the island of La Gomera. These views are without any doubt, one of the best in Tenerife. These extraordinary designed homes offer a very nice outdoor area where you can find a beautiful garden, private pool and several terraces. They are going to be built with a lot of glass windows and doors to guarantee the brightness in the whole villa and create a smooth transition between interior and exterior. All of the properties have a different layout and design, are planned with three bedrooms, a fully equipped and open kitchen with living area, a nice outdoor area and a car space. Some of them are all on one floor. The architects work with very clean and minimalist lines, open spaces and neutral colors, which offer an elegant and clearly recognizable aesthetic. The surfaces in the interior are between 250 sqm and 289 sqm and the plots between 541 sqm and 770 sqm. Enjoy privacy, tranquility and all benefits from a luxury 5-star resort. The prices vary depending on size and location and start on 1,735,000 €.
“Las Atalayas” in the Abama Resort are part of the 5-star luxury hotel resort, which is managed by the company Ritz-Carlton. This is the newest luxury development on the Canary Islands with the best views you can find in Tenerife. The owner of the villas will have access to the facilities of the Ritz-Carlton-Hotel with a variety of restaurants, bars, spa, tennis courts and the golf course, that is one of the best in Europe. Also one of the most beautiful small beaches of Tenerife, with white sand and turquoise water is below the hotel area in a sheltered bay - a nice place for snorkeling and swimming. The south airport is about 30 minutes away by car, the tourist centers Los Cristianos and Playa de las Américas 20 minutes. This project is a link between architecture and the natural environment – a place where sea, land and tropical vegetation mingle effortlessly with architectural forms.
