    Nova Santa Ponsa is a new development in the south of Santa Ponsa that has been built over the last 20 years and has produced an attractive selection of villas and premium flats. Such properties are particularly sought after on the "Ensaimada" hill, whose streets are arranged in a snail-like pattern and lined with high-end villa properties. From here, a unique panorama of the surrounding Mediterranean coast and the offshore Malgrats Islands opens up, creating excitement with every sunrise and sunset.

    If you follow the coastline further south, you will reach Port Adriano on the outskirts of the village of El Toro. The marina of Port Adriano, which has already been mentioned, is one of the most modern in the entire Mediterranean and was fundamentally redesigned in 2012 under the aegis of the renowned designer Philippe Starck. With its exclusive restaurants, cafés, bars and boutiques, the harbour is one of the biggest attractions in the region - and an absolute hotspot for your property purchase!

    Costa de la Calma - the "coast of tranquillity" - is the northern neighbouring village of Santa Ponsa.
