Beautiful single family pool home located in Stonebridge Country Club. Rental includes full membership in the Club with all privileges including golf for two people as well as Club dining. A challenging 18 Hole golf Course, 5 lit har-tru tennis courts, an Attended fitness center & a Beautiful Country club where both fine & casual dining along with many Special events are offered. The home is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath with a king sized bed in the master, a full queen in the guest room and two twin beds in the second guest room. Traditional cable and WiFi are provided. The pool and screened lanai is situated on an over-sized lot with spectacular long lake view. The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances with granite counters, new washer and dryer. Starting in April of 2023 the golf course, resort pool and Bistro dining will be under renovation. However, reciprocal golf will be available in other private Naples Clubs during that time. A list of those clubs will be available upon request. Inside Club dining will still be available.
