Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and send onboarding schedules and communication to new real estate agents.
• Organize onboarding paperwork, company policies, handbooks, benefits information, and training materials.
• Prepare and draft agreements/contracts based on the existing templates provided by the company.
• Welcome new agents on their first day and guide them through the onboarding agenda.
• Coordinate training sessions, workshops, orientation meetings, trainers, rooms, materials, and virtual links.
• Track attendance, training participation, and completion of required courses.
• Send reminders regarding upcoming or overdue training activities.
• Support new agents with training access issues, questions, and general onboarding needs.
• Collect feedback on the onboarding experience and help improve the process.
• Follow up with managers regarding new agent progress and training completion.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree will be considered an advantage.
• Previous experience in administrative coordination, training coordination, onboarding, or a similar role.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Very good PowerPoint and PDF handling skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and team spirit.
