At Engel & Völkers TechHub, we build the technology behind one of the world’s leading real estate brands. Our platforms, tools, and data products help advisors, clients, and franchise partners work smarter and faster.

  • A modern digital foundation

    Over the past three years, we rebuilt our B2C and B2B platforms from the ground up. From the website experience to the CRM landscape, we created a modern digital foundation for customers, advisors, shops, and the wider business.

  • Technology built to scale

    We use a Java-first backend with the latest Java and Spring Boot. Automated CI/CD pipelines and Google Cloud Platform support reliable delivery. On the frontend, Next.js and Vercel help us build fast, flexible, high-performing digital experiences.

  • Innovation in practice

    We combine strong engineering practices with a hands-on approach to innovation. Our teams prototype quickly and use AI-supported development tools such as Codex, ChatGPT, and Replit to test ideas faster and ship useful solutions sooner.

  • Small teams, strong ownership

    We work in small Scrum-based teams of up to 10 to 12 people, usually in one- or two-week sprint cycles. A dedicated Product Owner helps each team set clear priorities, take ownership, and stay closely aligned with business goals.

We want our hiring process to be clear, respectful, and useful for both sides. Each step helps us get to know you better and gives you the chance to learn more about the role, the team, and how we work at Engel & Völkers TechHub.

    Recruiting call

    Your first conversation is with our recruiting team. We talk about your background, motivation, expectations, and the role itself. You can also ask your first questions about the company, the team, and the process.

  • 2

    Technical interview

    Next, you meet members of the technical team. We discuss your experience, engineering approach, problem-solving skills, and the technologies you have worked with. The goal is to understand how you think, how you collaborate, and how your expertise fits the role.

  • 3

    Coding challenge

    You receive a coding challenge that reflects the thinking and practical skills relevant to the role. It gives you the opportunity to show how you structure solutions, write code, and approach real-world technical problems.

  • 4

    Final interview

    Together, we review your coding challenge and discuss technical and behavioral questions in more depth. This final step helps us clarify open topics, align on expectations, and make sure both sides feel confident before moving toward an offer.
