Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls promptly and professionally.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for telephone enquiries regarding Engel & Völkers properties.
• Provide accurate and helpful information to current and prospective clients.
• Assign call leads to the Sales Team
• Address customer requests and concerns effectively and professionally.
• Support the resolution of issues as they arise.
• Build positive and lasting customer relationships through a consistently high level of service.

Required Qualifications

• A higher education qualification.
• Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A strong customer-oriented approach.
• Αbility to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Previous experience in a similar position would be considered an advantage.
