Key Responsibilities

• Manage his/her team of agents with responsibility for revenues and results.
• Coach and mentor real estate agents in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives.
• Acquisition and supervision of clients and properties.
• Preparation and holding of sales presentations.
• Conduct competitive analysis and primary research of the market - keep the sales team updated of internal knowledge.
• Implement the sales strategies plans.
• Participate in the recruitment of new real estate agents.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or Diploma (preferably in Business - related field).
• Fluent in Greek and English language, written and spoken (German would be considered an asset).
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Professional experience in Sales / Service providing industry. Experience in the real estate sector will be considered a plus.
• Analytical skills - ability to work with numbers.
• Strong leadership qualities.
• Goal driven.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Negotiation skills.
• Adaptability and positive attitude.
• Ability and willingness to travel regionally as required.
