Nea Filothei is a district of Athens located on the southeast side of the hill of Turkovounia, starting just above Panormou metro station and reaching Attiko Alsos and Psychiko (with which borders with Mouson Street at the height of Katehaki). It also borders with the districts of Ampelokipi, Polygono and Girokomeio. Nea Filothei in its northern part is one of the quietest areas of the Municipality of Athens, as it is built almost entirely with family duplexes with gardens and lots of greenery, thus quite reminiscent of the neighboring Psychiko.
