Where history meets modern design

Acropolis Residences is located a few minutes walk from the Parthenon and two blocks from the Acropolis Museum, on quiet residential streets in the historic center.
It consists of two buildings: 15 residences at Kalaischrou 3-7 (7 levels, with underground parking for 7 spaces) and 3 residences at Kalaischrou 8 & Porinou 11 (5 levels).
The options range from approximately 46 sq m. to 156 sq m., with 1-3 bedrooms and private balconies/terraces reaching up to 77.52 sq m. (depending on the residence).
The architecture emphasizes natural light and clean lines, while specifications include thermal facade, heat pump/underfloor heating, smart home and an A+ energy class target.
Living in the Acropolis isn't just about being at the "center," it's about a daily connection with the city's history.
Athens' Acropolis is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, which makes the surrounding area a unique blend of life, culture, and architectural contrasts.

At 3-7 Kalaischrou Street, the building is spread over seven levels and houses 15 residences with areas ranging from 46 sq m to 141 sq m and 1-3 bedrooms.
The verandas differentiate the living experience (up to approximately 41 sq m on the upper levels), while an underground parking space with 7 spaces is provided.
At 8 Kalaischrou Street & 11 Porinou Street, the second building is spread over five levels and includes just 3 residences, with areas ranging from 46 sq m to 156 sq m and balconies/terraces up to 77 sq m.
In terms of prices, the residences in Kalaischrou 3-7 start at €365,000 and go up to €2,200,000 (excluding VAT), while in Kalaischrou 8 & Porinou 11 they range from €370,000 to €1,800,000 (excluding VAT).
The architectural design is all about clean geometric lines and wide frames to let in plenty of natural light into the interiors.
The goal is to create a modern impression that blends well with the historical surroundings and delivers a refined, durable version of Athenian architecture, paying special attention to detail.
In terms of specifications, the project emphasizes both timeless aesthetics and technological comfort: 10 cm thermal facade, oak floors and marble options (e.g. Dionysos/Travertino or Iris/Sinai, per building).
For daily functionality, an autonomous heat pump with underfloor heating, fan coil for air conditioning and hot water with priority to solar energy are provided.
The frames include thermally broken aluminum with double glazing and electric roller shutters, while “smart home” equipment and infrastructure for future electric vehicle charging in the parking spaces are included.
In terms of energy performance, the buildings aim to meet the requirements of energy class A+ based on the regulation that defines the methodology for calculating the energy efficiency of buildings in Greece.
Acropolis Residences is aimed at those who want to live in a neighborhood that combines culture and everyday life within walking distance, in a low-rise protected zone environment with limited new developments.
The “Acropolis” stop on Line 2 is located next to the Acropolis Museum and is a key urban mobility advantage, while the Museum entrance is next to the beginning of the Dionysios Areopagitos pedestrian street, an emblematic pedestrian route that runs along the southern side of the Acropolis.
Acquiring a residence in the Acropolis area is both a lifestyle choice and an investment decision.
