Internet and cable TV services have been installed in the building. Coverings were renewed, the building was completely painted and glazed. The attic was built in, a barbecue was built in the garden, new flagstones (sidewalks, parking lot), and the exterior facade received new decorative lighting. An air supply system supports heating in winter, and the same system provides cooling in summer. The regulation takes place depending on the outside weather and the measured room temperature. Hot water supply: the boiler in the basement heating center provides the hot water supply. The building is excellent for large families or for the combined use of an apartment and an office.
