New construction completed in Can Baró

Interesting project of 5 apartments. There are two apartments on the ground floor, two on the first floor, one duplex and one second, also duplex. All of them have terraces or balconies that make the apartments have an added attraction. The general style is characterized by an adequate distribution of spaces generating spaciousness and lighting in each room. The distribution is made up of an area intended for daytime use, which comprises a single open and functional space that enjoys natural light thanks to the generously sized terraces or balconies. In the apartments on the ground and first floors, crossing the living-dining area, we go to the night area where the bedrooms are located, one of them en suite and another complete guest bathroom. In the case of the duplexes, the night area would be on one floor with a bathroom and the day area on the other with the second bathroom. The apartments are delivered with a fully equipped kitchen, ecological air conditioning (aerothermal) and guaranteed energy efficiency thanks to good insulation. The apartments from the first floor onwards (included) have terraces on both sides of the façade, both in the bedrooms and in the living-dining room, which range from 6 to 8 m². Both duplexes have a terrace on the roof of approximately 17 m2 each. The façade is made of 13 cm perforated brick. It is covered on the outside with SATE thermal insulation, screwed to the rock wool and plastered on top. The interior enclosures in each home are made of plasterboard walls with a rock wool interior to generate proper insulation between spaces. The aluminium has a thermal break and low-emissivity double-glazed windows. The colour of the aluminium is anthracite. The windows have motorised guided rolling screens, the same grey as the aluminium. Inside the homes, the floors are grey porcelain from the Venatto brand. The bathrooms are finished in grey and white porcelain with integrated shower trays, creating continuity with the rest of the flat. It has an energy-efficient system using aerothermal energy, which produces hot water for the supply of sanitary water, and hot/cold air conditioning using aerothermal energy through air ducts.
