The BELFOZ Project

The BELFOZ Project offers the very best of Foz through an architectural and landscaping design characterised by high standards, quality, privacy and comfort. The design emphasises a seamless integration between the buildings and the surrounding greenery, with materials, building volumes and spaces that are sensitive to the environment. The development comprises the BEL’MAR and BEL’JARDIM blocks, adapted to the topography and solar orientation, designed parallel to the east-west axes to ensure privacy and comfort. Facades that alternate between volumes and balconies create a play of light and shadow, lending a contemporary dynamism.
