Our work process integrates all the necessary phases in the construction of a design house: from the architectural project -including the management with the administration and the coordination of all the agents involved in the construction- to the interior design. The speed of production allows the usual construction times to be reduced to a third, including all the management and implementation of the project up to the execution of the home. The simplification and optimisation of the processes guarantees that the manufacturing chain is very efficient and that the execution of each home is carried out in a programmed manner, without waste, errors or delays. The rigour and control in execution translates directly into our clients' investment: the price of our houses is fixed and known from the start. All our homes are designed to have minimum energy consumption, and are also equipped with renewable energy generation systems. Likewise, from the manufacturing process of the house itself - where the carbon footprint is reduced to a minimum - to its later life - where the choice of natural materials facilitates its possible recycling - there is a committed attitude to guarantee the minimum environmental impact. The rigorous systematisation of all the operations involved in this integral process guarantees the successful materialisation of our houses. In the N160 the living-dining room space is conceived as a room that, open to opposite sides through powerful glass panels, becomes permeable to the surroundings, generating a great sensation of spaciousness. On plot 15 the N260: The large porch of the N260 protects from the sun and shelters from the rain and wind, guaranteeing maximum comfort all year round. From the city centre, we can be reached by road in 15 minutes on a normal traffic day. On busy days, as well as during rush hour, this time can be extended to 25-30 minutes. Campolivar also has metropolitan bus services and metro stops in the nearby towns of Godella and Rocafort, approximately one kilometre away. Access to the road to Manises International Airport is quick and easy. The airport is 8 kilometres away.
