Located in El Ribero de Montija, a town belonging to the Merindad of Montija. It is located in the north of Burgos, bordering with the province of Cantabria and 30 km from the provinces of Álava and Vizcaya. In its great extension, several geographical elements converge: the Castilian Plateau, the Ebro Valley and the Cantabrian Mountains.
