As Senior Recruiter, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our agent base by executing effective recruiting strategies mainly focusing on real estate experts. You will collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to identify, engage, and convert top real estate talent. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, performance-driven environments, and brings a strong mix of strategic thinking and operational execution. You’ll have the chance to take full ownership of high-impact projects, while contributing to the development of our recruiting processes.
Key responsibilities:
Your profile:
5-8 years of experience in recruiting, headhunting, talent acquisition, or business development, ideally within real estate, sales-driven environments, or fast-scaling organizations
Demonstrated success in managing recruiting processes or leading cross-functional projects with the ability to build scalable systems and deliver measurable outcomes
Experience working with internal stakeholders and managing diverse expectations across departments
High degree of ownership — you work proactively and are result as well as KPI driven.
Skilled in modern sourcing techniques (social media, referral programs, digital campaigns) and understand how to build and manage a talent pipeline
Strong commercial mindset with an understanding of branding, positioning, and market dynamics
Experience with CRM, ATS, and recruitment analytics tools
Excellent communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills
Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus
